The apartments are situated in the South Devon town of Torquay. Lying in the South West of England, Torquay forms what is often known as The English Riviera with the other towns on Tor Bay - Paignton and Brixham. The area is one of the UK's longest established holiday destinations and has a large number of attractions such as Kent's Cavern, Paignton Zoo and the Dartmouth Steam Railway which remain open all year round.
The Muntham Apartments have been formed out of a beautiful old Victorian villa located in the leafy residential Wellswood area of Torquay. This area is just a five minute drive (or bus ride) from centre of Torquay and Torquay harbour and a fifteen minute walk away.
Wellswood has a centre often likened to that of a village. This is just a five minute walk from the Muntham Apartments and features restaurants, a pub, beauty salons, a delicatessen, a pharmacy and a patisserie amongst many other things. One of the area's key visitor attractions - Kent's Cavern- is just a ten minute walk from the apartment.
