The Bathing House is a romantic cottage converted from a Grade II* listed Georgian bathing house on the banks of the River Dart on the Sharpham Estate two miles from the Devon village of Ashprington. The cottage sleeps three people on a double sofa bed in the second floor sitting room and the first floor double bedroom with balcony, plus a bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen and utility room and on the top floor is the sitting room with a wood burning stove and views of the river. Outside are steps down to the river and a terrace with table and chairs where you can fish. Part of the estate and gardens can also be walked and there is an outdoor unheated swimming pool available from June to August if the weather permits. On a lovely estate and just two miles from the village, The Bathing House is unique accommodation in a stunning setting for a Devon break.
