The apartment is located just a fifteen minute walk (or a two minute bus ride) from Brixham town centre, where visitors can enjoy exploring the shops, restaurants, watch the fishing boats come and go, visit the interesting replica of The Golden Hind, and even catch a ferry across the bay to the popular resort of Torquay. Brixham boasts several beaches, two of which are within a ten minute walk of the property: Breakwater Beach, which is not only popular with families but also with scuba divers, and Shoalstone beach, a shingle beach with a delightful seawater pool which is free to access. At the heart of this first floor apartment, is the open plan lounge/diner with its beautiful, far reaching sea views and patio doors which open onto the balcony. There is a dining table seating four along with comfortable seating, which is arranged to make the most of both the sea views and the warming pebble effect electric fire.
