Handily on the same level is the first of the two lovingly presented bedrooms, a king size with an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Completing the offering inside the property and approached via two steps from the living area is the second bedroom, a king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin with two 2'6" beds upon request) with an en suite shower and WC. Venturing outside you will discover a lovely sun trap gravel patio area with stunning countryside views which can be admired from the hot tub, with garden furniture and a charbroil gas BBQ and a Chiminea, here you can enjoy meals in the fresh air when the weather permits. Further to this an additional seating area with views has been thoughtfully provided for your relaxation and enjoyment, plus a level area of lawn for family games. There is also a pond which you can enjoy, however it is unfenced, so care to be taken with children and dogs. You will also find the owners home grown vegetable patch, which you are welcome to help yourselves and use to rustle up a hearty meal.Take advantage of the three acres of grounds, perfect for dog walking and just adjacent to the cottage there is a Cross Country Croquet pitch available for guest use. Private off road parking for three cars is provided directly outside the cottage.
