This stunning detached barn is accessed via the owners' private gated entrance and is situated at a good distance from the owners' property. Enter through the large oak door and into the lounge/kitchen/dining room which is a beautiful light space and is fully equipped with a Belfast sink, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The dining table seats four people comfortably, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal or two. Moving through to the lounge area, with comfy seating, french doors out onto the garden, smart TV, and wood burner, it really is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. Following through the hall off from the kitchen you will find the shower room with WC, along with the two bedrooms, a twin room with views out over the countryside, and the king size bedroom with dual aspects and again with fabulous views over the countryside. Outside is an enclosed patio area with a private hot tub. There is also the owners' field which has a trampoline and football goal available for use. There is private off road parking for 2 cars
