Situated in Exmoor National Park, this grade II listed property offers stunning panoramic sea views over the Bristol Channel. The author CS Lewis was so inspired by the view from the balcony that he wrote in his journal, “The view from the balcony was beyond everything I have ever seen” (Lynton, 1925).

The beach and coastal town of Lynmouth can be easily accessed on foot from the cottage via the historic funicular cliff railway.
