The cottage lies adjacent to a picturesque pond surrounded by mature trees & shrubs. The cottage lies in its own enclosed garden w/ a seating & barbeque area & lovely views. The solid oak stable door takes you into the open plan triple aspect living room w/ massive oak beams, oak shutters, wood burner, comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player recorder, French doors leading to the garden, underfloor heating, slate floor & impressive solid oak staircase. The custom designed kitchen has granite floor, granite work surfaces & a lovely oak dining area. Upstairs under the exposed roof trusses there is an additional cosy seating area w/ cd player & a lovely view of the pond. There are 2 double bedrooms each w/ an en-suite facilities.
