Situated roughly halfway between Dartmoor National Park and the seaside communities of Teignmouth and Torbay-our fully equipped one bedroom guest apartment offers everything you need for a week away exploring the moor or taking day trips to our many local beaches.

Outside you will find ample private parking and a fenced garden with pastoral views across the Lemon River Valley.

Inside you will enjoy a cosy 33 square meter self-contained modern apartment. The living space has high vaulted ceilings with large velux windows and blackout blinds. Underfloor heating and a fully functioning wood burner with wood supplied will keep you warm and dry. Have a well-deserved rest and enjoy sleeping in on the super king sized bed. The ensuite shower room is fitted with a rain head shower.

The open plan kitchen/living-room has a full sized sleeper sofa which comfortably sleeps 2 adults or children. You can enjoy watching many digital entertainment platforms on our 50 inch smart TV. Ad-free entertainment includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, BBC iPlayer and YouTube premium.

Bring the food you love to our small but well-equipped kitchen and dishwasher. There is a small table that seats 4 and works equally well as a desk to utilize the free wireless internet.

You can pack light knowing there is a full sized washer and tumble dryer and that we provide towels, robes and slippers for your stay.

Located in Newton Abbot, this apartment is in a rural area.
