The Space:
The maisonette Grenville Apartment is roomy, modern and spacious throughout. The living room boasts a modern, stylish interior including crisp white walls, a plush family sofa that comes buttressed with a fleet of cushions and a flat-screen TV making it the perfect space to relax following a day out in Plymouth.

The fresh feel continues into the kitchen where you will find it fully equipped with modern appliances. Guests will be able to make the most of their self-catering stay at Grenville Apartment. With high-shine white cupboards and granite worktops, this is a truly modern space.

Accessible through the kitchen is a patio area which has a table and chairs available for your use.

Downstairs is where you’ll also find the first bedroom at Grenville Apartment. This is a double room, with the bed being made up using premium bed linens. In addition, there is also a chest of drawers that gives you plenty of storage space and there is a laptop friendly workspace for your convenience.

The family bathroom has a bathtub, shower, WC and wash basin.

Head upstairs and you’ll be in the second bedroom which boasts a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Rain or shine, Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City is home to breath-taking views, plenty to see and do and lots of fresh, sea air. Explore the waterfront, enjoy a great shopping experience, or visit the neighbouring towns and villages.

Getting Around:
Plymouth has amazing train links with routes to Cardiff, Edinburgh and London. The station can be reached in less than 30 minutes when walking from the house.

There are a number of bus routes running throughout Plymouth.
