The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course. Entering this reverse level property, which has underfloor heating throughout, you are met by two bedrooms, both having Smart TV s, a king size with its very own en suite shower and WC, with French doors leading out onto the rear garden, and a twin room. A fabulous bathroom sits between them and provides a shower over bath and WC. Head up the stairs to the beautiful, vaulted open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfy seating and large Smart TV which beckons you to relax. Head out onto the balcony from the large bi folding doors where you can relax and enjoy a spot of tea whilst looking out over the country park towards the sea.
