Directly across from the utility room is Bedroom 1, which consists of a bunk bed with sliding door access to the balcony, this beautiful bedroom has been carefully styled and offers great space for children to play in.
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with a kingsize double bed and access onto the balcony and again has been decorated to a high standard and is located across from the wet room with full size walk in shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
This property ticks all the boxes on location and gives guests an opportunity to just park up, leave the car and enjoy wondering around Salcombe without the hassle of parking, this accomodation unfortunately does not allow for BBQ's to be used on the balcony.
