Venture 18 miles to the west of the property, which will take you to the popular Cornish seaside town of Bude, with its choice of beaches and family friendly facilities, including a tidal pool, mini golf, and an array of restaurants and cafes. For an altogether different seaside experience, take a visit to the private Devonshire village of Clovelly (20.5 miles), providing visitors with a taste of Devon in years gone by, with its heritage museum, walled garden, traffic free streets, and craft workshops, as well as the working harbour and small beach, making it an idyllic place for a day trip. Approaching the property across the private decked patio brings you directly to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its sofa and comfortable chairs, space saving folding dining table, and TV/DVD. The kitchen area is equipped with everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes. There is no washing machine in the property itself, but there is an on site shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, should they be required. The two bedrooms are also located on the same floor as the living space, the first of which is a restful double room, the other being a comfortable twin room. Completing this property is the shower room with WC. Outside, there is a private, enclosed decked patio with garden furniture, whilst those who wish to enjoy a BBQ can do so at the shared BBQ area which is situated next to the on site fishing lake, and there is a children s play area for younger guests.
