This gorgeous, all-year-round two-bedroom cabin offers a spacious living area, a private outdoor hot-tub and a large, fully enclosed patio with garden furniture. It is about a 5-minute walk from the on-site swimming pools, shop, gym, and restaurants within the Spa Resort complex. The cabin sleeps up to 4 people across two comfortable bedrooms. The contemporary lounge features plenty of relaxing space, a couple of comfy sofas, a stylish electric fireplace, and a 37” TV.
The space
The outside porch leads into the modern and brightly decorated lounge/kitchen/dining area fitted with vinyl flooring throughout.

OUTSIDE
Double glass doors lead to an extensive and recently replaced decking area equipped with a patio table and four chairs. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a morning drink in the sun.
The recently refurbished hot tub is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located on the cabin decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

LOUNGE
The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cosy with an electric fireplace, a coffee table and a couple of sofas with scattered cushions. There is a 37-inch TV and free wireless broadband.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer together with crockery & cutlery, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, double electric oven, stainless steel cooker extractor and four-burner gas hob.

DINING AREA
The dining area provides a modern wooden table and five wood faux leather chairs situated by a glazed window, which lets in a lot of light, giving that excellent spacious feel.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom features a comfy double bed, bedside tables, overhead storage space and a mirrored wardrobe with overhead and internal storage space. There is also a wall mounted Freeview TV. There is an en-suite bathroom comprising WC, shower enclosure and sink unit.

TWIN BEDROOM
The second bedroom features two very comfortable single beds and a bedside unit. There is plenty of wardrobe space and an overhead storage area. A wall mounted Freeview TV is also provided.
Fresh bed linen is supplied for every stay.

BATHROOM
The main bathroom includes a WC, washbasin and pedestal and bath with an overhead shower. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

Enclosed refuse disposal area is close to the cabin.

LOCATION
Set in 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside and, being about 13 miles from both the seaside at Torquay and the extensive shopping facilities of Exeter, Tiptree Haven is the perfect self-catering holiday rental.  It is ideal for a romantic short break or a fun-filled family holiday.
Other things to note
FAMILY FRIENDLY – upon request we can provide one highchair and a travel cot. Bedding is not provided for the travel cot.

NO SMOKING - no smoking in the cabin.

SWIMMING POOL/GYM passes are not included in the price. However, we can pre-order the passes for the guests at a heavily discounted price. Guests will need to collect them from the swimming pool reception and pay upon arrival.

Located in Newton Abbot, this lodge is in a rural area. Exeter's Historic Quayside and Compton Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Go Ape Haldon and Shaldon Cliffs Pitch and Putt.
