Only recently converted from an original Gentleman's residence that has more recently been a Country House Hotel.  Benefiting from its own private entrance the apartment has been designed and refurbished to the highest standards and takes advantage of its unique cliff top position to offer the most spectacular, panoramic sea views, whilst also retaining much of the original character of this 200 year old historic Grade II listed building.

This apartment is located in Lynton. Lyn & Exmoor Museum and Watersmeet House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South West Coast Path Section 2 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 1 Trailhead. Lynton and Lymouth Cliff Railway and Valley of the Rocks are also worth visiting.
