There are two ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 2.8 miles you will find a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed (with a charge of £25 per week for the 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ridge Cottage is a charming dwelling, ideal for a family retreat to Devon. Note: The owner lives and runs a building firm from the property next door. Note: The property neighbours a working-farm. Town: You may find miles of heather-covered moorland, forested valleys, and crystal-clear trout streams in and around Parracombe. If you're lucky, you may also see red deer and Exmoor ponies. Take pictures of the moor's transition to the sea. Admire the imposing cliffs and rocky coves. There are also accessible both inland and on the coast guided Exmoor ranger walks. Combe Martin is located where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty converge. This small seaside town has all the amenities it needs, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. It also has its own own Dinosaur Park! Visit Golden Cove by taking the 230 secret steps down for some breathtaking views. Combe Martin, which is along the South West Coast Path, has a number of dog-friendly bars and neighbourhood shops that are perfect for supplies. If you'd want to spend some time on the water, you can either reserve a guided fishing or wildlife tour or you may rent a kayak and paddle about the bay's tranquil waters.

Located in Barnstaple, this cottage is in a rural area. Arlington Court and Lyn & Exmoor Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Watermouth Castle and Lynton and Lymouth Cliff Railway are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking, cycling, and rock climbing in the area.
