Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, barbecue, furniture and a hot tub. Tamar Barn is a beautiful converted barn, welcoming families and dogs to enjoy a lovely part of Cornwall. Note: Access to the enclosed garden is via external steps.

From Gunnislake station, you can take the train to Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Beauty, or head to Plymouth and enjoy the spectacular views along the way. The village is a great spot to explore Dartmoor and the west of Cornwall.

Located in Tavistock, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Tavistock Golf Club and Yelverton Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Tamar Valley and Dartmoor National Park. Country Cheeses and Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre are also worth visiting.
