On the top floor is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen. Outside is a beautiful natural garden with furniture and barbecue and off road parking for two cars. Woodland and moorland walks from the door and 400 yards to a pub. The Water Barn is a peaceful retreat for exploring the Dartmoor National Park
