The Water Barn is a roomy cottage converted from a Devon barn in the Dartmoor village of Manaton. The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom with family bathroom. On the top floor is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen. Outside is a beautiful natural garden with furniture and barbecue and off road parking for two cars. Woodland and moorland walks from the door and 400 yards to a pub. The Water Barn is a peaceful retreat for exploring the Dartmoor National Park

Grimspound and clapper bridge are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Higher Knowle and House of Marbles. Trago Family Fun Park and Stone Lane Gardens are also worth visiting.
