This makes the property perfectly situated for not only travelling across to Dartmouth, but also for visiting the likes of Brixham and Churston in the opposite direction.
The apartment has been fully renovated and is located right on the front overlooking the steam railway, with sea views from the master bedroom and lounge looking out across the River Dart and over to Dartmouth itself. As you enter the front door at road level, a staircase takes you to the first floor where all the rooms are situated. Facing the front of the property with river views are the living/dining area, with sofa seating, dining area and Smart TV, and the master kingsize double bedroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk over, making it workable for both adults and children alike.
