Situated in one of South Devon’s most beautiful areas, you will be able to stroll and explore the nearby walks direct from the property, spotting the bird life of the Exe Estuary and the picturesque coastal resorts.
An ideal position for touring South Devon, there is a lovely beach at Dawlish Warren less than four miles away, as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth, Exmouth, and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby, as is rugged Dartmoor, a haven for wildlife, wild ponies, and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques, restaurants, theatre, cinemas, and other leisure facilities. Close by, there are other attractions to suit all tastes as well as numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
