Holiday Home Overview
This Salcombe holiday home has recently been refurbished to a high specification and offers a wonderful ‘home from home’ experience, equipped with everything you could need. The accommodation is arranged over the first and second floor, with the bedrooms and bathroom situated on the second floor.
It provides an ideal holiday base for up to five guests, with the changeover day being a Saturday. Please kindly note that this abode does not accept dogs.

There is direct access to this Salcombe holiday let from the Kings Cottages central courtyard area, where there is allocated off road parking for one car.
Bedrooms
8 Kings Cottages has two bedrooms.
The first bedroom is situated on the second floor, with a super kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and a large wall mirror. This is a light and airy room, beautifully presented in stylish warm tones.
The second bedroom is again located on the second floor. It comprises of a bunk bed and a single bed, together with a chest of drawers. This bedroom can accommodate three guests.
All duvets and pillows are ‘soft touch’ and bed linen and towels are included in the abode rental cost (excluding beach towels).
Bathroom and shower room
The bathroom is located on the second floor in this holiday home. It is a modern bathroom which has recently been fully refurbished, with a bath and shower over the bath together with a glass shower screen, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet, a mirror over the basin and a heated towel rail.
Open plan living space
The main living space is located on the first floor of this holiday home and consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge area. This space has a lovely welcoming ambiance.
The lounge area has ample seating with a triple sofa and two single arm chairs, together with a flat screen TV, DVD player and BOSE music system. This space is stylishly presented, with wonderful Susie Watson curtains and accessories.
At the rear of the living space is a modern stylish kitchen area, with a breakfast bar which can accommodate up five guests.
The kitchen includes an oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer box and dishwasher, washer / dryer. This modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of fitted units for storage of food items and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, kitchen and baking equipment.
There is direct access onto the rear courtyard area from the kitchen area.
Outside space
There is a courtyard area at the rear of this holiday home, accessed directly off the kitchen. It provides a delightful private outdoors space for alfresco dining or to enjoy down time with a book. This area has an outside table and seating.
Storage and parking
There is space under the stairs on the ground floor for storage of beach paraphernalia, coats and shoes etc. It is requested that any sandy or wet clothing is left in this area to dry and not taken up to the main accommodation.
There is an integrated garage located on the ground floor of the holiday home which is NOT accessible to guests.
There is space for one car in the private allocated off road parking within Kings Cottages courtyard, directly opposite No 8.

No smoking is permitted either inside or in the vicinity of this holiday home.
Please note that given that the accommodation is set over three floors, with the main living space on the first floor, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
