Bosun's Rest is a two bedroom maisonette in the heart of Beer, South Devon. It is very near to pubs and shops and just 100 metres to the beach. It has parking for two cars, a fully fitted kitchen and a stunning balcony. It is clean, modern and very comfortable.
The loft bedroom has a king sized double bed and its own en suite with bath and shower. The lower bedroom has twin single beds. There is a separate bathroom on this floor with a shower. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, crockery, etc that you will require. The lounge has 2 sofas, plus a 43” smart TV, DVD player and stereo. The whole property has double glazing and central heating. There is parking enough for 2 cars which is a rare luxury considering its position in Beer and proximity to the shops, pubs and beach.

Located in Seaton, this apartment is near the beach. South West Coast Path Section 46 Trailhead and Axe Cliff Golf and Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dorset and East Devon Coast and Seaton Wetlands. Pecorama and Seaton Jurassic are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain biking nearby.
