Seaton is ideal for a relaxing holiday, its much quieter than its neighbours Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, which are close by, and ideal for a day out. There are a few lovely places to eat, and many more in the wider area. The Wetlands are home to lots of wildlife and are just a short walk away from the house, as is the historic Tramway, the harbour and coast path to Beer. This is a typically English seaside town which is increasingly rare to find in Devon, it's not yet gentrified and therefore not overpriced.

This vacation home is located in Seaton. Marine Theatre and The Town Mill are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Seaton Jurassic and Pecorama. The Donkey Sanctuary and Norman Lockyer Observatory are also worth visiting.
