Overlooking a beautiful valley, just outside the coastal village of Slapton the cottage is surrounded by a lovely large garden with a sunny barbeque area looking out over the Devon countryside. There's a comfortable sitting room with wood burner, a modern well equipped kitchen diner and upstairs three comfortable bedrooms. A short drive or pleasant walk along the lane brings you into Slapton, with its village pubs and shop and a little further on you're on Slapton beach. The nearby South West Coastal Path provides some beautiful walks and a visit to the historic port of Dartmouth, the market town of Kingsbridge and the yacht haven of Salcombe are all great days out.
