Quietly situated within 44 acres of grounds and beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounded by delightful countryside. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the whole of North Devon and Exmoor. The beautiful coastal scenery, golden surfing beaches and amenities of the popular resort of Woolacombe is only 10 minutes' drive whilst the Victorian resort and harbour town of Ilfracombe with its choice of shops and restaurants, cinema, famous "Tunnels Beaches" and ferry to Lundy Island is also only 10 minutes by car. There is easy access to the South West Coastal Path, walking and cycling along the Tarka Trail (cycle hire available in the large nearby village of Braunton) and the many amenities of the historic market town and commercial centre of Barnstaple less than half an hour's drive.

One of a group of cottages adjacent to Trimstone Manor. Visitors are welcome to use all the facilities of this hotel including the bar and restaurant, where lunches, cream teas and dinner (at preferential rates for guests) can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the gardens, lake and surrounding countryside. Visitors also have full access to the indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi, tennis court, games room and with the freedom of the delightful surrounding gardens, amenity field and seating and its rare poultry collection. Ample parking in adjacent courtyard.

Each cottage is well maintained and comfortably furnished throughout with central heating to provide year round warmth.  Two ground floor bedrooms each with washbasins and fitted wardrobes - Double with washbasin and single + bunk bedded room. First floor shower room/wc. Open plan comfortable living/dining room with TV & DVD. Fully fitted kitchen area with electric cooker and microwave.
