Lounge with natural slate floor, two sofas, wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player, log burner, door to the front lawn. Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Ground floor family bathroom with bath and hand held shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. First floor: Bedroom 1: 5ft King sized bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers, garden views. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, wardrobe and dressing table, TV, french windows leading to secluded paved patio, perfect for a morning coffee al fresco. Bedroom 3: 3ft single bed, wardrobe and garden views. Family bathroom with power shower, Basin and WC.
