Kitchen & utilities: 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, washing machine, large fridge, freezer with 2 compartments and separate doors. Entertainment: smart TV / Freeview, DVD, radio, CD. For families: books, DVD’s, puzzles, games. Outside: fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, summerhouse. Parking: parking for 3-4 cars on a private driveway. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
