This former sailmakers cottage is situated in a quiet alleyway high above the estuary of the River Torridge in this picturesque fishing village, surrounded by colour washed fishermans cottages off narrow cobbled lanes and courtyards. Many centuries old, reflecting an ancient seafaring tradition and kept alive today by fishermen and local boat building. A short walk to the village centre shops, pubs, restaurants and the quayside offering delightful views across the estuary to Instow. Bideford, the wide sandy beaches, golf course and riding stables at Westward Ho! and Northam Leisure Pool are within five minutes drive.

This historic character cottage, which can only be approached on foot down a narrow lane, is comfortably furnished, with night storage heating throughout.
