Sunrise Cottage, a charming, traditional stone cottage, close to Ilfracombe on the beautiful North Devon coast is set on a quiet lane overlooking the scenic Sterridge Valley and the award winning village of Berrynarbor, a perfect retreat from it all. With its' elevated position, Sunrise commands far reaching views across the valley toward the coast which can be seen from every room, as well as of the pretty and quaint village of Berrynarbor. This delightful cottage has been completely and sympathetically restored whilst still retaining its original character and provides comfortable beamed reception rooms with wood burning stoves, oak floors with underfloor heating and all the comforts of home. After a day at the picturesque local beaches, the vast sandy beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe, or after walking on the stunning North Devon coastal path, you can relax and unwind in the comfort of this much loved home. Whether enjoying breakfast on the front patio in the morning sunshine, a glass of wine in the evening on the back terrace, or snuggled up in front of the woodburners, this cottage is an excellent base for a family holiday in any season. Berrynarbor has a friendly shop/post office and 2 welcoming and child friendly pubs/restaurant within walking distance serving good food, and the nearby seaside village of Combe Martin and the town of Ilfracombe provide all the facilities required when on holiday.

Modern kitchen with range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave combi oven and farmhouse table and chairs. Wet room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC. Utility room with butler sink and washing machine. First Floor. Charming master bedroom with 5ft bed, TV/DVD and radio/CD player. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds TV/DVD and radio/CD player. Single bedroom with 3ft single bed and TV/DVD and radio/CD player. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

There are some uneven and narrow steps to the side of the property leading up to the rear terrace which may not be suitable for the elderly or those with mobility concerns. The rear terrace can also be accessed from within the cottage.
