Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included (October to March). Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Enclosed rear sitting-out area with garden furniture. Front garden with decked area and garden furniture. 1 medium or 2 small dogs welcome. Parking permit for local car park included (unloading at property). No smoking. .
