Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize bed on request) and single trundle bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included (October to March). Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Enclosed rear sitting-out area with garden furniture. Front garden with decked area and garden furniture. 1 medium or 2 small dogs welcome. Parking permit for local car park included (unloading at property). No smoking. . The master bedroom has a bay window giving great views over the rooftops down to the town, and boasts a super kingsize bed and en-suite facilities. If a soak in the bath is your idea of pampering this can be found in the bunk bedroom. A further bedroom with zip and link twin beds which can be arranged as super kingsize bed is also on the first floor.
