Featuring three bedrooms and sleeping upto six guests, the house is ideal for families looking to explore the seaside resort of Torbay, known locally as the English Riviera. With a selection of local shops and restaurants within walking distance, both on the harbourside and at the charming village of Wellswood, guests can stroll along the South West Coast Path to wherever their hearts may take them.

Parking -  No parking provided. You can unload outside the front of the property and can usually find parking at Hesketh Crescent if parking is not available opposite the property.

Pets : Pets are not permitted.
Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
