This delightful cottage is in a great location for enjoying some of Devon and Cornwall s best attractions including the breath taking scenery of Dartmoor, Bude Canal and Splashpool, The Eden Project, Launceston Steam Railway and the Milky Way to name a few. The beautiful coast offers stunning National Trust cliff top walks, charming fishing villages, long sandy beaches perfect for surfers, and hidden coves waiting to be discovered. At Roadford Reservoir you can enjoy long walks and sailing, or head to the market towns of Holsworthy and Launceston to shop for local produce. Traditional village pubs can be found in the local area and there is horse riding and golf within the area too. On the ground floor of this barn conversion you will find the kitchen/diner with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge/diner is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD, hi fi and wood burner. Guests will receive their first basket of logs for free to keep them warm and cosy. The bathroom with shower over bath is also located downstairs. The three bedrooms are found on the first floor and consist of one master double bedroom with its own TV/DVD and en suite shower room with WC and two twin bedrooms. Outside this property offers a delightful selection of spaces for guests to explore. Set around a shared courtyard, each property has its own garden furniture for relaxing outdoors and access to large shared gardens. There are woodland walks and a private lake where you can try your hand at course fishing. There is also a games barn with pool, table football, darts and air hockey table, an outdoor children s play area, and a pet corner with a range of animals throughout the year: chickens, goats and pigs. There is a 12 person BBQ hut available for hire. There is ample parking.
