A lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of North Devon. This superbly presented 3 bedroom home is located in the heart of Braunton village, and highlights include a private hot tub, conservatory with pool table, two bathrooms, garden with BBQ, and a bright and breezy relaxed feel.
From BEACON VIEW visitors can walk to the local shops, restaurants, pubs, and bustling village life (all within 400m). Award winning beaches are just 10 minutes away, including Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Golfers will love the fact that the 1st tee at world-renowned Saunton Golf Course is only 1.5 miles away!
LIVING AREAS
The lounge is tastefully decorated with two comfy sofas and two armchairs, seating 6 people in total. The large window floods the room with sunlight. Home entertainment includes a flatscreen TV, Freeview, Wii console and games, CD/DVD player, books, games and a children's toy box.
The conservatory is a fantastic space to escape to, with further seating and a 5ft pool table. A washing machine and tumble dryer are stored here too.
KITCHEN
The vibrant colourful kitchen is decorated in a green and white theme, with a dining table seating 6 people. Appliances include an oven, grill, hob, dishwasher, microwave, blender, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all other essential kitchen utensils including an excellent selection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms in total, each with a fresh pleasant feel.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Furniture includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables. There is also a wall mounted flatscreen TV.
Bedroom 2: King size bedroom with zip-link single beds that can be made into two single beds (please state preference when booking). Furniture includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom with chest of drawers and hanging space.
A travel cot is provided.
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Family bathroom with bath, shower overhead, wash basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: En suite shower room to Bedroom 1 with shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.
Bath towels are provided.
OUTDOORS
There is a front and rear garden, and a private driveway with parking space for 3+ cars.
The rear garden, has a secluded patio area with a luxurious Hot Tub (hireable for £110), fantastic all year round. Enjoy summer days and evenings outside with a charcoal BBQ, outdoor seating and a parasol. The rear garden is enclosed, perfect for letting your dog run around.
