The bedrooms can be set up with either 2 single beds or 1 super king bed. The underfloor heating throughout ensures comfort year-round. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a slipper bath, toilet, and hand basin. The open plan living area features a 49-inch smart HDTV, Sonos playbar speaker, and a glass-fronted log burner for cozy nights in.
The fully fitted kitchen boasts natural slate worktops, an American-style fridge freezer, and a wine cooler. A utility room with a washing machine and heated towel rail provides space for drying wet clothes and storing beach gear. Outside, guests can enjoy a large limestone patio area with a Weber barbecue, sunbeds, and a patio table. The property also offers free off-road parking for two cars and an electric car charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles.
One short-haired dog is welcome at Sandy Beau for an additional fee, with restrictions on where they can roam in the house. However, dogs are not allowed during the summer months of July and August due to beach restrictions. The property is located in Braunton, near the beach, and offers easy access to various outdoor activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, and cycling.
