On the driveway that’s shared with adjacent property, you can park up to two cars. As you walk into the entrance, stunning coastal views from the living area draw you into the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. This social lounge with spectacular views has comfortable seating, and a door leads out to the terrace. The modern, well equipped kitchen has a window that looks out to sea, for hassle-free cooking with a view. Dining area has table and chairs to sit eight comfortably. The property has four delightful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely King-size bed and en suite shower room with wc. A second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the third bedroom is a twin room. An additional bedroom has a single bed for those that like some ‘me time’. The bathroom houses a thermostatic shower and bath for soaking tired limbs after walking the South West Coast Path. In the hallway there is a separate, handy cloakroom with a w.c. To the outside of the property there is a terrace, sheltered by protective glass balustrading, so you can stay in the sun for longer on breezy days. Outside there is table and chairs, as well as a built-in barbecue. Beyond the terrace, there is a large sloping lawn with flower beds.
