Saltwater Cottage is a delightful, Edwardian terraced cottage resting in Babbacombe, Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The cottage has three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a bunk. The ground floor hosts a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, whilst the first-floor bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. A kitchen, utility, living/dining room with woodburning stove and study complete the property. Heating is powered by gas and amenities include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Entertainment is provided with a Sky TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. For little ones, a highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. Guests can park in a nearby car park. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed. The nearest shop and pub is just 0.1 miles away, whilst the beach is 0.4 miles away. Note: There is no parking at the cottage, however guests can park to unload bags, before parking elsewhere.
