A spacious first floor apartment with a master bedroom with en-suite (including whirlpool bath) and a second bedroom with a double bed. There is a separate shower room which includes washing and drying machines, toilet and basin. The lounge is very spacious with fabulous views towards Thurlestone Sands, Thurlestone Rock and rolling countryside at the rear. There is a dining area with room to seat 6. The apartment building is set within around 4 acres of grounds, and includes dedicated car park. It is a very quiet location from which to relax.

Thurlestone is a pretty village with thatched houses, and village church. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the local pub, and Thurlestone Village Store and Post Office. Four excellent beaches are all within walking distance.

It is great for walkers, with direct access to South West Coastal footpath and local dog friendly beaches.

The flat is located around 8 miles from Salcombe and 4 miles from Kingsbridge.



Located in Kingsbridge, this apartment is in a rural area and near the beach. Salcombe Maritime Museum and Overbecks Museum and Garden are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Salcombe to Bolt Head Walk and Bigbury Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Sea N Shore, or check out an event or a game at Plympton Swimming Pool. Looking to get your feet wet? Snorkeling, windsurfing and sailing adventures can be found near the property.
