There is also a super practical utility room with washer/ dryer and a glass door leading onto the rear patio with outside tap (great for washing off the wetsuits)!
Moving upstairs where skylights flood the open plan living and dining area, you have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table to comfortably seat 6 and comfortable corner sofa and armchair to take in the sea views.
Double doors lead out on to a private, well sheltered balcony so you can enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down whatever the weather.
The master bedroom with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobe and drawers is opposite the top of the stairs.
All bedrooms have their own T.V and fitted wardrobe or chest of drawers.
Located at the top of Golden Bay Holiday Village, our property is only a five minute walk to the beach, village centre and South West Coast Path.
Guest access
Golden Bay Holiday Village has three large communal lawned areas with the recent addition of a children's play area so there's plenty of space for kids to kick a ball and play safely away from cars and all with the sea in the background.
There is plenty of non allocated parking, guests must sign in to reception to register their number plate and receive a car park pass.
This vacation home is located in Bideford. Arlington Court and Hartland Abbey are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Northam Burrows Country Park and North Devon Coast. The Big Sheep and Clovelly Village are also worth visiting.
