A large, semi-detached family house arranged over three floors, Wedgwood is well-equipped and furnished to a good standard throughout and offering views of the main anchorage from the upper floors. It is located within a 5-10 minute walk of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. Two steps lead from the pathway to a ground floor entrance porch and door down to garage/utility area. From the hallway, a door leads to a comfortable sitting room with open fireplace, TV, CD/radio/iPod, through to the well fitted kitchen with range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker; and a separate utility area in the garage with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. A glazed dining area seats eight; leading to a larder store with fridge/freezer and further door to a second lounge with bay window and comfortable seating, widescreen TV with Freeview, DVD and Nintendo Wii.
