Even on a holiday by the sea it is not that often that you get to wake up this close to the water. This contemporary apartment sits in an enviable location overhanging the estuary, with views of boats bobbing by from the living room and master bedroom.
The first floor flat is accessed by two flights of stairs before you enter into a sun-filled hallway. Immediately, you are greeted by an open plan living, kitchen and dining space with glass doors in four panels opening onto the balcony. Interiors provide a welcoming coastal theme throughout. The property has been newly decorated, creating a modern but homely holiday retreat.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of those stunning estuary views. This large room includes plenty of wardrobe space as well as an en suite bathroom complete with a shower & toilet.
A second bedroom has a double bed and a generous amount of wardrobe space, while the third contains a bunk bed and an additional trundle bed, making it suitable for up to three people. The main bathroom is also generously proportioned, complete with a bath and overhanging shower. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if required, but the property is designed to cater for up to seven people. Contact us for more information.
Amenities include a neatly concealed washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a large storage room containing a highchair, travel cot and ironing board. The apartment comes with one dedicated parking space within the secure complex, however there is further on-street parking and paid car parks close by for additional vehicles.

About a holiday in the South Hams
The South Hams is famously one of the most beautiful parts of the UK and a popular holiday destination. Kingsbridge is a historic market town that also has the benefit of having an active residential community, giving rise to a welcoming, warm atmosphere, and lots of boutique shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment is perfectly positioned just a few steps from the popular Crabshell Inn – a gastro pub that’s well known for its fresh baked pizzas, its daytime deli lunches and as the perfect spot for a sunset drink. It’s also just a five minute (flat) walk along the water’s edge to the centre of town. Kingsbridge is only a short drive from the sailing town of Salcombe as well as a variety of beautiful beaches including Bantham, North Sands, South Milton and many more.

Located in Kingsbridge, this apartment is on the waterfront. Overbecks Museum and Garden and Start Point Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Bigbury Golf Club and South West Coast Path Section 40 Trailhead. Traveling with kids? Consider Sea N Shore and Salcombe Maritime Museum. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
