4 The Salcombe is a stylish waterside home, just a short walk from Salcombe’s boutique shops and restaurants. The apartment sleeps seven people in four comfortable bedrooms, with a stunning en suite shower room and a family bathroom. Enjoy use of a comfortable lounge, as well as an open plan kitchen/dining room with a door that leads out to the pool and gardens. Residents of ‘The Salcombe’ apartments have exclusive use of a seasonal outdoor heated pool, communal gardens, mooring and a private parking space per flat.

Amenities: Four-ring induction hob, integrated oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV. Wifi. Gas fired central heating and hot water. There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.
Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.
Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.
All bed linen and towels are provided - guests will need to bring their own tea towels and beach towels. Strictly No Smoking

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

Salcombe to Bolt Head Walk and Bigbury Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salcombe Maritime Museum and Sea N Shore.
