Ample space for relaxation including a small conservatory overlooking the delightful enclosed garden and countryside beyond.

An alternative first floor bedroom with King and ensuite shower room may be available (from Easter until end Oct) strictly by arrangement in private attached annex adjacent to the kitchen(extra charges would apply)

This vacation home is located in Barnstaple. Lyn & Exmoor Museum and Arlington Court are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South West Coast Path Section 4 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 3 Trailhead. Exmoor Zoo and Lynton and Lymouth Cliff Railway are also worth visiting.
