On the 2nd Floor with lovely views across Torbay. It has a large and airy open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area with panoramic views from the lounge window, family shower room with walk in shower, 3 bedrooms (master en suite) and breakfast bar in hallway with views across to sea.
Lounge has 2 settees one of which is a large single size bed settee, TV and DVD, with dining table and chairs.
Master Bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room.
2nd bedroom with bunk beds and single bed.
Small bedroom with child’s bed and wardrobe.
Additional Single folding bed also available if required.
The family shower room has a walk in glass shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Situated right in the heart of the English Riviera, just round the corner from Preston Sands, close to shops, family pubs and restaurants but in lovely quiet residential corner.
We have a car park and garden to the rear of the house with a parking space for each apartment.
Free WiFi is also available.
Main Changeover day is Friday or Monday
Short breaks - Monday to Friday 4 night midweek or Friday to Monday 3 night weekend - only available outside of the main holiday season
Weekly stays - 7 nights starting on Friday or Monday

Towels can be provided for a small extra charge (but please note that we do not provide beach towels).
Located in Paignton, this apartment is near theme parks and near the beach. Dartmouth Steam Railway and Pirates Bay Adventure Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cockington Country Park and South Devon. Traveling with kids? Consider Paignton Pier and Splashdown Quaywest. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
