West Charleton sits on the main Kingsbridge to Dartmouth road, just five minutes drive to Kingsbridge and thirty minutes to Dartmouth. There are stunning walks through fields and alongside the estuary. West Charleton marsh is popular with nature lovers and bird watchers and within easy reach of Allahoo. The popular town of Salcombe is a short drive, or can be accessed on the foot ferry from East Portlemouth. Where there are pretty sandy beaches. The beach at Torcross is just fifteen minutes away, along with access to the South West Coast Path. The golden sandy beaches of Thurlestone and Bantham are just a little further past Kingsbridge so plenty to choose from. Allahoo is a super base for your South Devon holiday
