• We regret we are unable to accept bookings that are; Hen, Stag and all adult groups under 23 years of age.
• Strict contact is required for bookings that are not family orientated.
• We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.

This cottage is located in Braunton. Arlington Court and Arlington Court are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at North Devon Coast and Basett's Ridge. Marwood Hill Gardens and Funder Zone are also worth visiting.
