Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, continue for approx. 5 miles to Mullacott Cross Roundabout ? turn left to Woolacombe. Upon reaching Woolacombe, the fields come to an end on your left hand side, take the first turning on the right, into Springfield Road (just before Woolacombe Church and Medical Centre). Follow this road round to the right, then as the road bears round to the left, take the right turning. Number 21 is at the end of this cul-de-sac.
