Dartmoor National Park is only a short drive away, offering activities for the energetic, but the comfort and serenity of Perchwood Shippon always welcomes you home.

Hall leads into living room with three sofas, pull out TV with surround sound, blue ray player and feature fireplace (not in use). Lounge leads to second kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Ground floor bedroom 4 with 4ft 6in double bed and en suite shower room with rainfall shower head, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Oak stairs from dining area leads to First floor: Master bedroom 1 with king size bed, built in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with zip linked beds (twins or super king), TV, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
