The property consists of a very large family bedroom with a Kingsize bed, Daybed and trundle bed that can sleep up to 4 people.
Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds. This room can also accommodate the trundle bed allowing up to 3 children or Adults
Bedroom 3 with Kingsize bed and is on the ground floor. This room can also accommodate the travel cot as well.
Bathroom located downstairs with Roll Top Bath and separate low level walk-in shower wash basin and toilet.
Toilet and wash basin located upstairs between the 2 bedrooms.
Lounge overlooking the garden and countryside view. Gas or charcoal Barbecue available on request.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, American fridge freezer with ice and water and farmhouse table that can seat up to 8 people.
The property is ideally situated just off the A3052 offering a perfect base for exploring the Jurassic coast, the popular resort towns of Exmouth, Sidmouth, Seaton, Branscombe, Beer, Dawlish and Lyme Regis all of which are just a short drive away offering a wonderful array of independent shops, galleries, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants as well as amazing beaches. Eastwards there is also the lovely little town of Budleigh Salterton which lies at the mouth of the River Otter. This forms an important haven for migratory birds for those interested in bird watching. Budleigh Salterton also has plenty of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. By stepping out of the holiday let you can explore and discover a vast array of walks and trails right on your doorstep a fantastic way of exploring the Devon countryside.
Other nearby attractions include Bicton Gardens, The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy Adventure Park, Westpoint exhibition centre, Rockbeare Manor the nearby Cathedral City of Exeter, Sandy Lane ( home of the Exeter Chiefs, Greendale and Darts Farm Shops. As well as only being a thirty minute drive from Dartmoor.
Getting around there are bus services to Sidmouth, Seaton, Budleigh Salterton and Exeter. If driving in to Exeter we would recommend parking at Sowton or Honiton Park & Ride car parks and taking the Park and Ride Bus.
Located in Sidmouth, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Princesshay and Guildhall Shopping Centre are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore East Devon and Dorset and East Devon Coast.
