Enjoy relaxing out on the decked balcony with outdoor seating and a barbecue for long summer afternoons running into the balmy evenings, or take a dip in the hot tub for a tranquil way to unwind beneath the stars. The little ones and your four-legged friend are sure to love the beautifully maintained and extensive lawns surrounding the property, with footpaths leading into your own private woodland right on your doorstep, perfect for morning strolls to stretch your legs. The traditional village of Chulmleigh is close by, showcasing thatched cottages and cobbled lanes, as well as a convenience store and two pubs. It is a great place for birdwatching, with kingfishers, cormorants, goosanders and dippers regularly spotted along the quiet riverbanks.
