Spread over three storeys, Seagulls is a traditional property with views across the water towards Whitestrand on one side and access to Fore Street on the other. The passenger ferry to East Portlemouth and South Sands is just minutes away. An open courtyard at the front of the cottage leads you into a kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a 5-ring gas range with double oven and grill, dishwasher and fridge, whilst the dining area invites you to gather round its large table seating 8, to plan adventures and enjoy hearty meals. Enjoy alfresco dining? To the front of the property is a courtyard with dining table, chairs and barbecue with private steps that give direct access to Waterfront. On the 1st floor is a lovely sun terrace accessed directly from the sitting room. Downstairs is also a utility room with fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, microwave and sink, with a washing machine located in the ground floor shower room. Relax in the cottage’s ground floor lounge where there are 2 double sofas, or sit outside on the terrace. Move to the second floor for another cosy sitting room, again with 2 sofas and flatscreen TV, as well as wicker chairs positioned with views across the water and rolling countryside. The property has 4 bedrooms; the master en suite has a bath with a shower above. It has 2 single beds pushed together and access to a sun terrace with outdoor chairs. On the top floor are 3 dormer bedrooms, all with views across the estuary. Please note: these rooms are accessed by a curved staircase which is narrow and steep. The first bedroom is a king, with the other 2 being twin rooms. One twin has 2 small single beds (2’6”), whilst the other has full sized single beds. The 3 dormer rooms share a bathroom on the top floor, with bath and shower (above). There is also a shower room ideally located on the ground floor, as well as a w.c and sink.
