The Stables has been recently converted to high standard holiday accommodation located within secure gated grounds. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor, one double bedroom has lift access to the ground floor and the twin rooms are all zip and link, and can be converted to super king on request. The ground floor comprises of a spacious hallway with vaulted ceiling and impressive oak staircase, ground floor wet room with shower seat and good sized lounge and kitchen area. A wood burner set into an inglenook provides a cosy atmosphere during the winter months and the large dining tables is an ideal space for larger families or friends to dine together. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with grassed area and garden furniture, there is parking for two cars. Lynton has an array of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which are all within a stones throw. The Stables is an ideal location to explore Exmoor and its dramatic coastline, with hundreds of walks and bridle paths across the unspoilt countryside, walkers and their dogs will be spoilt for choice.
